Carol A. Gloff, Ph.D. – Vice President, Pre-Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs

Dr. Gloff has nineteen years of experience managing IND-enabling pre-clinical programs and developing and executing regulatory strategies for small pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies. She served as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for two pharmaceutical companies, ImmunoGen and Alkermes, and was previously involved in drug/biologic development at Triton Biosciences. For the past thirteen years she has been an independent consultant advising medical product companies and academic institutes on areas of product development, regulatory affairs, quality, compliance, and specific scientific topics such as pharmacokinetics. Dr. Gloff received her B.S. in Pharmacy from SUNY Buffalo and her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from UCSF.
